Halk\u0131m\u0131za en iyi hizmeti sunmak, ihtiya\u00e7 sahibi vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n yan\u0131nda olmak temel ilkemizdir. G\u00f6n\u00fcl isterdi ki hi\u00e7 kimse yard\u0131ma ihtiya\u00e7 duymadan kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131yla hayat\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrebilsin; ancak baz\u0131 vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n maddi ko\u015fullar\u0131 buna elvermeyebilir. \u0130\u015fte tam bu noktada kurumlara g\u00f6rev d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcyor. Bizler de imk\u00e2nlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcnde destek olarak vatanda\u015flar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yoruz.
