“\u0130\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fumuz s\u00fcreci ilerletebilmek, tarihi ve sosyolojiyi daha fazla ciddiye almay\u0131 gerektiriyor. T\u00fcrk-K\u00fcrt ili\u015fkisinin bin y\u0131ll\u0131k iki s\u00fctun olarak bug\u00fcne geldi\u011finin tespit edilmesi \u00f6nemlidir. Bu s\u00fctunlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fclmesi, anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 ve onar\u0131lmas\u0131 suretiyle birlikteli\u011fin g\u00fc\u00e7lendirilmesi gerekir.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcrt olgusunun t\u00fcm boyutlar\u0131yla Cumhuriyetin yasall\u0131\u011f\u0131na dahil edilmesi ve bunun i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcreci temel al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcnsel bir olgu olarak yasall\u0131\u011fa ge\u00e7i\u015f, Demokratik Cumhuriyetin hukuksal temellerini sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131racakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n
Bug\u00fcn d\u00f6nemsel olarak e\u015fi\u011finde oldu\u011fumuz demokratik entegrasyon imkan\u0131 hem yerellik hem evrenselliktir. Pozitif a\u015famaya ge\u00e7ebilmek i\u00e7in bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te herkesin hassasiyet, ciddiyet ve sorumluluk bilinciyle hareket etmesi hayati \u00f6nemdedir.<\/p>\n
