K\u00fcresel Risk Raporlar\u0131na g\u00f6re, 2017-2020 y\u0131llar\u0131 aras\u0131nda art arda d\u00f6rt y\u0131l boyunca a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 hava olaylar\u0131 insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 en b\u00fcy\u00fck risk olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131. Kentlerde artan yap\u0131la\u015fma sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan kentsel \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 etkisi de bu riskleri b\u00fcy\u00fcten ba\u015fl\u0131ca sorunlardan biri olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.<\/p>\n

Projenin amac\u0131; kentlerde \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 olu\u015fumunu ortaya koymak, y\u00fczey \u0131s\u0131 adas\u0131 ile yap\u0131l\u0131 \u00e7evre aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkiyi bilimsel verilerle tan\u0131mlamak ve bu do\u011frultuda tasar\u0131m, planlama ve politika \u00f6nerileri geli\u015ftirmek. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma, \u015fehircilik ile klimatoloji aras\u0131nda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir k\u00f6pr\u00fc kurmay\u0131 hedefliyor.<\/p>\n

T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de yap\u0131lan de\u011ferlendirmeler sonucunda proje \u015fehirleri olarak Mardin ve Eski\u015fehir se\u00e7ildi. Proje kapsam\u0131nda Mardin genelinde \u00fc\u00e7 noktaya mini iklim istasyonu kuruldu. 15 Temmuz Demokrasi ve \u015eehitler Park\u0131, K\u0131z\u0131ltepe kav\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ve 1. Cadde\u2019de kurulan istasyonlarda s\u0131cakl\u0131k, nem, ya\u011f\u0131\u015f, r\u00fczgar h\u0131z\u0131 ve y\u00f6n\u00fc ile g\u00fcne\u015f radyasyonu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmleri yap\u0131l\u0131yor. Bu veriler, hem yerel iklim b\u00f6lgelerine uygun parametrelerin incelenmesi hem de termal konfor modellemeleri i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n

Projenin sonunda T\u00dcB\u0130TAK taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanacak rapor, Mardin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne sunulacak ve bulgular\u0131n payla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015ftay d\u00fczenlenecek. Elde edilecek sonu\u00e7lar, imar planlar\u0131nda yap\u0131la\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131, ye\u015fil alanlar\u0131n planlanmas\u0131 ve bo\u015fluk-doluluk oranlar\u0131n\u0131n belirlenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6nemli bir altl\u0131k olu\u015fturacak.<\/p>\n
