Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi, Ortak\u00f6y ve Dara Antik kentini birbirine ba\u011flayan ve halk aras\u0131nda Mardin Ak\u0131nc\u0131 Yolu olarak bilinen D955-13 isimli yolun bir an \u00f6nce double yola \u00e7evrilmesi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131nda bulundu. Mevcut yoldaki altyap\u0131 eksiklikleri nedeniyle s\u0131k s\u0131k \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc trafik kazas\u0131 ya\u015fand\u0131\u011f\u0131na dikkat \u00e7eken Hatip \u00c7elik, ayr\u0131ca yolun tarihi \u0130pek Yolu\u2019na ba\u011flant\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve Mardin Lojistik Merkezi\u2019nin de bu g\u00fczergah \u00fczerinde kurulmas\u0131n\u0131n planland\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kaydederek \u201cMardin\u2019in kalk\u0131nma vizyonu art\u0131k sadece s\u00f6ylem de\u011fil, sahada somut ad\u0131mlarla ilerliyor. Yeni organize sanayi b\u00f6lgelerinin kurulumu devam ederken, turizm merkezlerimizdeki yat\u0131r\u0131mlar h\u0131zla devam ediyor. Bu yat\u0131r\u0131mlarla paralel olarak ula\u015f\u0131m hatlar\u0131n\u0131n da geli\u015ftirilmesi \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zellikle Mardin merkez ile Ortak\u00f6y, Ye\u015filli ve Dara Antik Kenti aras\u0131nda uzanan, halk aras\u0131nda Mardin Ak\u0131nc\u0131 Yolu olarak bilinen D955-13 isimli tek \u015feritli yolumuzun double yola d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmelidir\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mardin 2. OSB ve Lojistik Merkezle birlikte ara\u00e7 trafi\u011fi yo\u011funla\u015facak<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu 22 kilometrelik yolun, yaln\u0131zca bir ula\u015f\u0131m hatt\u0131 de\u011fil; Mardin\u2019in \u00fcretim g\u00fcc\u00fc ile tarihini, sanayi ile turizmini bulu\u015fturan bir kalk\u0131nma koridoru oldu\u011funu dile getiren Hatip \u00c7elik, \u201cYol g\u00fczerg\u00e2h\u0131nda kurulan Mardin 2. Organize Sanayi B\u00f6lgesi (OSB), \u015fehrimizin \u00fcretim kapasitesini art\u0131ran, istihdam sa\u011flayan ve yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 cezbeden bir merkezdir. Ancak bu potansiyelin tam anlam\u0131yla hayata ge\u00e7mesi, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir ula\u015f\u0131m altyap\u0131s\u0131yla m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Ayr\u0131ca fizibilite \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u015flanan Mardin Lojistik Merkezi\u2019nin bu g\u00fczergah \u00fczerinde kurulmas\u0131 planlan\u0131yor. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla Mardin\u2019in kalk\u0131nma modeli, \u00fcretimle k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131yla ziyaret\u00e7iyi ayn\u0131 eksende bulu\u015fturmal\u0131d\u0131r. Ak\u0131nc\u0131 Yolu\u2019nun \u00e7ift \u015feritli hale gelmesi, bu entegrasyonun altyap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturacakt\u0131r. Bu projenin h\u0131zla hayata ge\u00e7mesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm kamu kurumlar\u0131n\u0131, yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve sivil toplum kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 ortak bir iradeye davet ediyoruz. Bu yol, sadece asfalt de\u011fil; Mardin\u2019in gelece\u011fine d\u00f6\u015fenen stratejik bir vizyondur\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Double yol lojistik maliyetleri azalt\u0131r<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mardin 2. OSB\u2019de fabrika yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zla devam etti\u011fini dile getiren Hatip \u00c7elik, istihdam say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artmas\u0131yla birlikte yolun artacak toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131 ve sivil ara\u00e7lar a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan yetersiz kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve ula\u015f\u0131mda aksamalara neden olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirtti. Ba\u015fkan \u00c7elik, \u201cMardin 2. OSB\u2019nin ilk etab\u0131nda 70 sanayi parselinin tamam\u0131n\u0131n yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lara \u00f6n tahsis edildi. Fabrika yat\u0131r\u0131mlar\u0131 e\u015f zamanl\u0131 olarak devam ediyor. 5 tekstil at\u00f6lyesi olmak \u00fczere toplamda 20 fabrikada \u00fcretim faaliyetleri ba\u015flad\u0131. 18 fabrikam\u0131zda in\u015faat seviyesi %70 ile %95 aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fiyor. 32 parselde ise kaz\u0131 ve temel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 devam ediyor. 5 parselimiz de proje ve ruhsat a\u015famas\u0131nda olup \u00fcst yap\u0131 in\u015faat\u0131 k\u0131sa s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde ba\u015flayacak. \u00dcretime ba\u015flayan fabrikalar\u0131m\u0131zda \u015fuanda toplamda 1.200 ki\u015fi istihdam ediliyor. Artacak istihdam oranlar\u0131n\u0131 da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde toplu ta\u015f\u0131ma ara\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n yo\u011funlu\u011funun olu\u015fmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in mevcut yolun double yola geni\u015fletilmesi ba\u011flant\u0131 noktalar\u0131n\u0131n da iyile\u015ftirilmesi gerekiyor. Bu yap\u0131l\u0131rsa OSB\u2019ye eri\u015fim h\u0131zlan\u0131rken lojistik maliyetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fclecek. \u00dcretimden pazara ge\u00e7i\u015f s\u00fcreci k\u0131salacak. Yat\u0131r\u0131mc\u0131lar i\u00e7in cazibe artacak, b\u00f6lge rekabet g\u00fcc\u00fc kazanacak. Bu yol k\u0131sa bir s\u00fcre sonra Mardin\u2019in sanayi damar\u0131n\u0131 besleyecek bir arter haline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fecek\u201d diye konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Turizm faaliyetleri daha da g\u00fc\u00e7lenir<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mardin Ak\u0131nc\u0131 Yolu\u2019nun ayr\u0131ca Mezopotamya\u2019n\u0131n en etkileyici tarihi miraslar\u0131 olan Dayrulzafaran Manast\u0131r\u0131 ile Dara Antik Kenti\u2019ne kenti ba\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ifade eden Ba\u015fkan \u00c7elik, \u015f\u00f6yle devam etti: \u201cAk\u0131nc\u0131 Yolu\u2019nun \u00e7ift \u015feritli hale gelmesiyle, kent merkezimizden Dara\u2019ya ula\u015f\u0131m s\u00fcresi %40 azalacak. Tur otob\u00fcsleri ve bireysel ziyaret\u00e7iler i\u00e7in konforlu bir g\u00fczerg\u00e2h sunulacak.
