yaz\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klamada, bayrak yar\u0131\u015f\u0131n can-\u0131 g\u00f6n\u00fclden hizmet ile ta\u00e7land\u0131ran \u00f6nce ki d\u00f6nem il\u00e7e ba\u015fkanlar\u0131n\u0131n
