Bu kapsamda f\u0131r\u0131n, market, kasap ve di\u011fer g\u0131da i\u015fletmelerinde yap\u0131lan kontrollerde; ekme\u011fin gramaj\u0131, un depolar\u0131, hamur ve imalat malzemelerinin hijyen ko\u015fullar\u0131, i\u015f yeri ruhsatlar\u0131, etlerin saklama \u015fartlar\u0131 ve son kullanma tarihleri ile kasa ve reyon fiyat farklar\u0131 denetlendi.<\/p>\n<p>Denetimlerde bir toptanc\u0131da son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f 5.370 adet \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc tespit edilerek imha edilmek \u00fczere el konuldu.<\/p>\n<p>Zab\u0131ta Daire Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Olga\u00e7, \u201cHem\u015fehrilerimizin sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli \u00fcr\u00fcnlere eri\u015fimini sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla denetimlerimizi d\u00fczenli ve titizlikle s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Son kullanma tarihi ge\u00e7mi\u015f g\u0131da \u00fcr\u00fcnlerine el konularak, i\u015fletme hakk\u0131nda ilgili yasalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde adli ve idari i\u015flemler ba\u015flat\u0131ld\u0131.
