Kad\u0131n istihdam\u0131n\u0131 art\u0131rmak, kad\u0131nlara s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131 kazand\u0131rmak ve yerel ekonomiye katk\u0131 sa\u011flamak amac\u0131yla \u2018Kent Kad\u0131n Bostanlar\u0131 Projesi\u2019 hayata ge\u00e7irildi.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00fcneydo\u011fu Anadolu B\u00f6lgesi Belediyeler Birli\u011fi (GABB) \u00f6nc\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde, Artuklu Belediyesi\u2019nin ev sahipli\u011finde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen proje, ba\u015fta kad\u0131nlar olmak \u00fczere toplumun bir\u00e7ok kesiminden olumlu geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f ald\u0131. Proje ile birlikte kad\u0131nlar\u0131n hem \u00fcretim s\u00fcre\u00e7lerine aktif kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik ediliyor hem de sosyal dayan\u0131\u015fma ve \u00e7evre bilinci art\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Geni\u015f Kat\u0131l\u0131mla Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen A\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6rene; Artuklu Belediyesi E\u015f Ba\u015fkan\u0131 M\u00fcnevver \u00d6lker, GABB E\u015f Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Neslihan \u015eedal, Mardin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi E\u015f Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Devrim Demir, Artuklu Belediyesi E\u015f Ba\u015fkan Yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131 G\u00fclgen Do\u011fan, DEM Parti Artuklu E\u015f Ba\u015fkan\u0131, kad\u0131n meclis \u00fcyeleri, ve \u00e7ok say\u0131da kad\u0131n kat\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Programda konu\u015fan E\u015f Ba\u015fkanlar, projenin kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ekonomik ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6neme dikkat \u00e7ekti. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcretimde yer almalar\u0131n\u0131n yaln\u0131zca ekonomik de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda sosyal anlamda da g\u00fc\u00e7lendirici bir etki yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 vurguland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Fidanlar Toprakla, Umutlar Gelecekle Bulu\u015ftu<\/p>\n<p>Etkinlik kapsam\u0131nda kad\u0131nlar, proje alan\u0131nda hep birlikte fide dikimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi. Toprakla bulu\u015fan her fide, sadece bir \u00fcretim kayna\u011f\u0131 de\u011fil, ayn\u0131 zamanda gelece\u011fe b\u0131rak\u0131lan bir umut olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar, proje alan\u0131n\u0131 birlikte gezerek \u00fcretim alanlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015fleyi\u015fi hakk\u0131nda bilgi ald\u0131.
