Yavuz YAL\u00c7IN koordinasyonunda haz\u0131rlanan ve \u00dcN\u0130DES taraf\u0131ndan desteklenen \u201cT\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131nda Bir Yolculuk: 7 B\u00f6lgeden Yerel Yemeklerin Tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 proje Mardin Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi Turizm Fak\u00fcltesi\u2019nde geni\u015f bir kat\u0131l\u0131mla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<br \/>\nGastronomi \u00d6\u011frenci Toplulu\u011funun \u201cT\u00fcrk Mutfa\u011f\u0131nda Bir Yolculuk: 7 B\u00f6lgeden Yerel Yemeklerin Tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131\u201d adl\u0131 proje \u00dcN\u0130DES program\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda kabul edilerek ayni destek almaya hak kazanan MA\u00dc \u00f6\u011frenci projelerinden biriydi. Bu proje, T\u00fcrk mutfak k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn zengin \u00e7e\u015fitlili\u011fini g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne seren ve farkl\u0131 b\u00f6lge yemeklerinin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131na y\u00f6nelik \u00f6nemli bir proje etkinli\u011fi olarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi.<br \/>\nProje kapsam\u0131nda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin 7 b\u00f6lgesine ait y\u00f6resel yemekler etkinli\u011fe kat\u0131lan kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lara tan\u0131t\u0131ld\u0131. Her b\u00f6lgeden se\u00e7ilen \u00f6zel men\u00fcler, b\u00f6lgenin co\u011frafi \u00f6zelliklerini ve k\u00fclt\u00fcrel zenginli\u011fini yans\u0131tt\u0131.
