E\u011fitim, hem teorik hem de uygulamal\u0131 b\u00f6l\u00fcmleriyle personelin afet an\u0131nda etkin m\u00fcdahale edebilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli bilgi ve becerileri kazand\u0131rmay\u0131 ama\u00e7l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u00e7i\u015fleri Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Mardin Valisi Tuncay Akkoyun\u2019un Mardin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesine g\u00f6revlendirilmesi sonras\u0131 Mardin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi Afet \u0130\u015fler Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, olas\u0131 bir afet durumunda olaylara m\u00fcdahale etmek amac\u0131yla kendi personellerinden olu\u015fan 36 ki\u015filik bir ekip kurdu. B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi ile Mardin AFAD \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u015fbirli\u011finde, ekibe se\u00e7ilen personellere y\u00f6nelik depremde hafif arama kurtarma e\u011fitimi verilmeye ba\u015fland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Teorik e\u011fitim, \u0130tfaiye Daire Ba\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplant\u0131 salonunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirildi. Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde, enkaza m\u00fcdahale y\u00f6ntemleri, kullan\u0131lan cihazlar ve ekipmanlar\u0131n \u00f6zellikleri detayl\u0131 \u015fekilde anlat\u0131ld\u0131. E\u011fitimin uygulamal\u0131 k\u0131sm\u0131 ise AFAD \u0130l M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne ait Recep Tayyip Erdo\u011fan Park\u0131 yan\u0131ndaki e\u011fitim parkurunda yap\u0131ld\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca, personelin ekip \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 ve kriz y\u00f6netimi yeteneklerini geli\u015ftirecek senaryolar \u00fczerinden pratik yap\u0131ld\u0131.Mardin B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi personellerinden olu\u015fan 36 ki\u015filik ekip, olas\u0131 bir deprem veya afet durumunda etkin bir \u015fekilde m\u00fcdahale edebilecek \u015fekilde haz\u0131rlan\u0131yor.
