Artuklu \u00dcniversitesi\u2019ni tan\u0131tan sinevizyon g\u00f6steriminin ard\u0131ndan ilk konu\u015fmay\u0131 Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim \u00d6zco\u015far yapt\u0131. Prof. Dr. \u00d6zco\u015far, Nusaybin\u2019in tarih boyunca \u00f6nemli bir yerle\u015fim merkezi oldu\u011funa dikkat \u00e7ekerek, \u201cNusaybin, kadim ge\u00e7mi\u015fiyle tarihin her d\u00f6neminde iz b\u0131rakan geli\u015fmelere sahne olmu\u015ftur. Eme\u011fi ge\u00e7en herkese te\u015fekk\u00fcr ediyorum,\u201d dedi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00f6ren sonunda, Rekt\u00f6r Prof. Dr. \u0130brahim \u00d6zco\u015far ve Meslek Y\u00fcksekokul M\u00fcd\u00fcr\u00fc Do\u00e7. Dr. \u00d6mer Faz\u0131l Emek taraf\u0131ndan \u00d6mer \u00d6zel\u2019e plaket takdim edildi.
